3. No Guarantee of Coverage

Any quotes, estimates, or plan information provided are based on the information you provide and the current rates available from insurance carriers. We do not guarantee that any specific insurance coverage, premium rate, or subsidy amount will be available to you.

Final eligibility for coverage, premium amounts, and subsidy qualifications are determined solely by the insurance carrier and the applicable health insurance exchange (e.g., HealthCare.gov) after a formal application is submitted and reviewed.

4. Enrollment Disclaimers

When you choose to enroll in a health insurance plan through our services or with the assistance of our licensed agents:

9. Dispute Resolution

The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
